Zurich Airport

We stride unhindered
on the faux marble of the pristine concourses.
We wheel our intentions easily
through the checkpoints.
Our ideas are not x-rayed;
our grudges are not smelled by sniffer dogs;
our illusions tick away unheard before
spraying silent shrapnel amidst the teeming masses.
